About Us

A wholly owned subsidiary of Teachers’ Fund, developing, owning and managing property in Ghana since 2006.

Who We Are

Established in 2006 to develop and manage the Fund’s real estate.

TF Properties Limited (TFP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Teachers’ Fund — a collective investment scheme of registered members of the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT). The company was registered with the Registrar General on 28 November 2006 as a private limited liability company under the Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179), with authorised business in real estate development and management services.

It was established so that the Fund’s property, previously held as a single asset class within the wider portfolio, could be developed and managed by a dedicated team — delivering competitive returns to members across their working lives.

Since then, TF Properties has supervised the construction and completion of three major commercial properties: GNAT Heights, TF Hostel and the North Ridge Office. Each is owned, leased and managed in-house.

What We Do

We own what we build — and we stay to run it.

Investment, development, management and optimisation — one accountable team across the whole life of a building.
01

Property Investment

We acquire and hold land and buildings that keep their value, structuring each asset for steady, long-term returns on Teachers’ Fund capital.

02

Property Development

Site acquisition, design, construction and handover — we build the addresses we go on to own, lease and manage ourselves.

03

Property & Facilities Management

Leasing, tenant screening, maintenance, security and daily facility care, with responses you can time.

04

Asset Optimisation

Refurbishment, repositioning and smarter occupancy — keeping every building performing at its best long after handover.

Management

The people accountable for the Fund’s property.

Day-to-day running of TF Properties Limited rests with the management team — covering property and hostel management, finance, and human resources and administration.

Our Shareholder

Wholly owned by Teachers’ Fund.

TF Properties Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Teachers’ Fund — a collective investment scheme of registered members of the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT).

The company exists because the Fund’s Board of Trustees approved holding and managing its real estate through a dedicated entity, so that members’ contributions earn competitive returns across their working lives. Before that, the Fund’s property sat inside its wider portfolio as a single asset class.

Why TF Properties

Why owners and tenants choose us.

Three things separate a building that holds its value from one that quietly loses it.
01

Strategic locations

Independence Avenue in Ridge, the University of Ghana campus at Legon, North Ridge — our addresses are chosen for access, visibility and steady demand before a brick is laid.

02

Strong institutional backing

We are wholly owned by Teachers’ Fund, a collective investment scheme of GNAT members. That backing means projects get finished and buildings get maintained rather than deferred.

03

Focus on long-term value

We develop, own and manage. Because we keep what we build, every decision is made for how the asset performs in year ten — not at handover.
